Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Prince Achar, we take great pride in delivering fresh, authentic pickles made with the
highest quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict
policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all our customers.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We request you to review your order
carefully before confirming your purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns on our products. However, a replacement may be considered only
under the following conditions:
● Product received is damaged or defective
● Wrong product has been delivered
To raise a request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof
(images/videos). Requests raised after this timeframe may not be considered.
Please note:
● The product must be unused and in its original packaging
● Unboxing video is highly recommended to support any claim
● Claims for missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refunds / Replacements
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either:
● Arrange a replacement of the product, or
● Initiate a refund (in case replacement is not possible)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4–5 working days to the original mode of
payment.
Order Cancellation by Prince Achar
In rare situations, we may have to cancel an order due to:
● Product being out of stock
● Errors in pricing or product details
● Incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
In such cases, customers will be informed, and any payment made will be refunded
promptly.
