Prince Achar, established in 1947, is committed to delivering authentic, high-quality pickles 
made with traditional recipes. All products listed on our website are owned and managed by 
us. 

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and 
complete. We are not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect details shared by 
customers. While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, 
occasional errors may occur, and we shall not be held liable for such unintended 
discrepancies.

Orders & Payments
All orders can be placed online and will be processed once payment is successfully 
received. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior 
notice. 

Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We request customers to review their order 
carefully before confirming the purchase. 

Returns & Replacements 
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a 
damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will 
arrange a replacement. 

Delivery 
We aim to deliver all orders safely and on time. However, we are not responsible for delays 
caused by unforeseen circumstances or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. 

Product Quality 
All our achars are prepared using pure mustard oil (sarson ka tel) and carefully selected 
ingredients. While we maintain strict quality standards, taste preferences may vary from 
person to person. 

Limitation of Liability 
Prince Achar shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of 
our website or products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the

Jurisdiction 
Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi
